Store Manager

 

Our business is growing and we have a new management role to fill.

The Role

​

We are seeking a proven Store Manager to oversee operations in our Toowoomba store. 

You'll be responsible for managing a team of 7-10 individuals. You will adhere to company standards in Merchandising, customer service, KPIs and people management. 

As the Manager, you will be driven to navigate your team to strive for sales by providing exceptional face-to-face and telephone customer service. 

You are a leader of your team, driving their success from the front, and leading by example. 

 

Skills & Experience

 

•    A desire to chase down every sale
•    Ability to lead from the front and by example
•    Previous Retail management experience essential
•    Experience in Industrial Supplies, Bearings, and/or Hydraulics
•    Have a mechanical aptitude
•    Have worked to KPIs and sales targets prior
