David Burrows, owner and director of Toowoomba Bearings & Hydraulics, has over 35 years experience in the bearings industry. Dave's passion is to provide unsurpassed customer service and to build his business to be an industry leader. This passion is shared by the entire staff.

In Dave's spare time (?!) he loves spending time with his family, watching the footy and indulging in a well-deserved beer.

Anyone who has been into TBH will know Macca. He has been the Purchasing Manager for many years, originally starting out as an IT consultant before coming on board full-time. He can answer most questions, although a customer asking where she could buy a guinea pig threw him for a minute!

Macca loves the staff at TBH - they really are just one big family. He still keeps his hand in with IT - playing with anything computer-related fills his spare time.

Phil is our Hydraulics Manager and has worked in the hydraulic industry for over 23 years. He enjoys working with customers, identifying their needs, and sourcing solutions in a timely manner, to achieve a satisfactory result for them.

In his spare time, he likes to work on any landscaping projects that arise on his acreage property.

Peter is our highly accomplished Operations Manager with over 20 years experience in sales, operations and manufacturing of Hydraulic machinery. He is also proficient in technical sales to the construction and mining industries.

Away from work, Pete enjoys time with his grandkids and tinkering in his shed at home. Being a qualified mechanic and business owner for over 14 years, he's always having the kids cars to fix!

Karen is a great 'people person' and as HR Manager and Customer Service Specialist she loves giving everyone who walks through the door the best possible experience.

Karen enjoys working alongside Dave and has seen the business grow with a great team of people. Spending time with friends and keeping fit fill in any spare time that Karen finds in her busy days!

Grant is our Counter Sales Specialist who brings a lifetime of Auto Industry experience to our front counter.

He's a motorsport fanatic and has been involved in car clubs for many years. In his spare time, Grant trains German Shepherds and enjoys the odd Friday night poker game with his friends.

Jacquie has recently joined our team as our Accounts Administrator and Book-keeper. She has automotive industry background with many years experience in similar roles.

She loves being left alone in her own serenity on her property where she can mow, attend to her crops & livestock, including her new lambs.

Jacquie is naturally a very handy all-rounder, a skill she brings to her role at TBH.

Chris is our Mobile Hose Van Technician providing hydraulic hose services to our clients throughout Toowoomba and surrounds. He also helps out in the Workshop when the pressure's on, repairing Pumps and Cylinders etc.

He comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience that expands our capabilities servicing all your Hydraulic needs.

Jake has recently joined our team and is getting up to speed with our Stores & Warehouse operations and learning how we do things here at TBH.

He follows boxing closely and trains locally at Richo’s Boxing Gym. Although he's a QLD’ER through and through, Jake does have a soft spot for the South Sydney Rabbitohs.

Hydraulics Workshop Manager

Dave (DJ) has recently joined our team and is a genuine 'all-rounder', providing support to the Workshop and other areas of the business as required.

Outside of work he is a budding Muay Thai champion, so he spends many hours working out in the gym and improving his 'craft'.
