Counter Sales Specialist
Our business is growing and we need to expand our team.
The Role
We now have an exciting opportunity for a self-starter to join us as we grow our existing client base throughout Toowoomba and the Darling Downs.
The position is essentially to handle counter and phone sales, goods inward, warehousing and despatch activities related to our range of Industrial and Automotive parts we sell from our Toowoomba based facility.
Additionally, you will be trained to assemble hydraulic hoses and provide support to our mobile 1800 Hose Van division.
Enquiries are sought from those who can demonstrate a mechanical aptitude and are keen to develop their skills in this area.
You will be expected to deliver consistent, accurate, high quality service to our customers. Working for a local family business with an exemplary reputation, you will become a passionate and energetic team member and have excellent skills in communication.
Experience in the bearing, hydraulic, or similar industry along with a good attitude, attention to detail, and computer aptitude, are pre-requisites for this position.

Mobile Hydraulic Hose Technician
The Role
This is a great role for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team based in Toowoomba Qld.
Our Hydraulics division operates as part of the national 1800 Hose Van network.
An exciting opportunity exists for a self-starter with a mechanical background to service and grow our existing client base throughout the Toowoomba, Darling Downs and Surat Basin regions.
Enquiries are sought from experienced Mobile Hydraulic Hose Service Technicians who would like to be part of a great team, and in a role with exceptional earning potential.
You will be expected to deliver consistent, accurate, high quality service to our customers. You will become a passionate and energetic team member with excellent skills in communication.
The job will challenge you to provide solutions and build relationships with a varying range of customers.
You will be provided a fully equipped and stocked Service Vehicle for Field Service and a Workshop facility for ‘inhouse’ repairs.
The Person
A background in Hose & Fittings, Hydraulics, Auto Lubrication installations or similar is a must. The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

The relevant trade qualifications such as mechanical or hydraulic fitter with previous experience in a similar role.

Ability to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accurately

Ideally you will have experience with hydraulic hose maintenance across heavy mobile equipment, vehicle loading cranes, road transport and fixed plant sectors.

A Mature attitude and ability to work unsupervised

Willingness to utilise new technologies

An understanding of WHS and Safe Work Practices

Flexibility with working hours as After Hours availability is a pre-requisite

A Self Motivated worker whom understands the role within our team
Strong communication skills, clean licence and excellent coordination skills are a prerequisite for this position.
