The Role

This is a Senior poistion for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic Internal Sales team based in Toowoomba Qld.

We are looking for a person who has sales experience in our industry or a like industry, positive attitude and customer service focused to provide technical sales and product support and ensure that we remain the supplier of choice among our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process orders via phone and email

  • Provide customer service - counter sales and via phone

  • Attend to general and sales enquiries

  • Assist with picking & packing orders

Accounts Administrator

The Role

This is a great role for a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team based in Toowoomba Qld.

We are looking for a person who is an enthusiastic, reliable and experienced administration professional who is customer service focused and shows great attention to detail as they go about their duties.

The position is for a minimum 30 hours per week but can be full-time with some additional duties. We need you to start no later than 8.30am Monday to Friday but the finish time can be flexible around School hours if on a part-time basis.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility is to support the business owner/s in 'everything administrative' to enable them to work on the business and not be so relied upon for these duties.  These include:

  • MYOB data entry (experience necessary)

  • Accounts Payable

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Bank Reconciliation

  • General Data Entry in Excel and other Computer Systems

  • Maintenance of Company Records, Systems & Processes

You will also provide support to our Internal Sales Team during peak times and assist with answering phones and fielding general enquiries to ensure we continue to deliver consistent, accurate, high quality service to our customers at all times.

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

  • MYOB experience (3+years)

  • Administration experience

  • Word & Excel (Intermediate)

  • Hold a manual drivers licence

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • High level organisational skills

  • Computer literacy and typing skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

  • A fast learner

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
