Hydraulics Service Manager
Our Hydraulics division is growing and we need to expand our Team.
The Role
We now have an exciting opportunity for a self-starter to join us as we grow our existing client base throughout Toowoomba and the Darling Downs.
The position is essentially to oversee and manage all aspects of our Hydraulics Division operations, including our ‘1800 Hose Van’ mobile hydraulic hose service and repair activities in Toowoomba.
Main Duties
• Handle Counter and Phone enquiries for all Hydraulic enquiries
• Provide Technical support for Retail & Trade Customers, and Distributors
• Support our existing Mobile Hydraulics Hose Van distributors
• Manage our Hydraulics Workshop
• Identify Business Development opportunities
You will need proven experience in the repair and maintenance of Hydraulic pump and motor rebuilding experience along with hydraulic cylinders and other various components.
You will be expected to deliver consistent, accurate, high quality service to our customers.

Experience in the hydraulic industry along with a good attitude, attention to detail, and computer aptitude, are pre-requisites for this position.
Ideally, you need to have:-
• Equivalent Trade qualifications
• Drivers licence
• Experience in stripping, rebuilding, quoting of hydraulic cylinders for rebuilding and/or re-manufacturing
• A clear understanding of hydraulic seal tolerances and clearances
• Ability to use manual lathe, mill, hone, hydraulic strip bench and testing equipment
• Ability to weld hydraulic cylinders
• Ability to lead a productive team to reach set KPIs and tight deadlines
• Ability to work overtime and some Saturdays when needed to meet client deadlines
• Have a client centric mindset and be able to communicate to clients and the team in a professional manner
• Post Trade qualifications in Fluid Power (not essential but highly considered)

Counter Sales Specialist
Our business is growing and we need to expand our Team.
The Role
We now have an exciting opportunity for a self-starter to join us as we grow our existing client base throughout Toowoomba and the Darling Downs.
The position is essentially to handle counter and phone sales, goods inward, warehousing and despatch activities related to our range of Industrial and Automotive parts we sell from our Toowoomba based facility.
Additionally, you will be trained to assemble hydraulic hoses and provide support to our mobile 1800 Hose Van division.
Enquiries are sought from those who can demonstrate a mechanical aptitude and are keen to develop their skills in this area.
You will be expected to deliver consistent, accurate, high quality service to our customers. Working for a local family business with an exemplary reputation, you will become a passionate and energetic team member and have excellent skills in communication.
Experience in the bearing, hydraulic, or similar industry along with a good attitude, attention to detail, and computer aptitude, are pre-requisites for this position.
